A few weeks ago, I procured some Cover Girl Outlast foundation. It's supposed to last really long, up to 8 hours. The secret is it's divided in half: one side is this moisturizing base that seeps into the skin, and the other side is the actual color.
It just occurred to me that the base smells suspiciously like glue.
