As promised, my progress in my diet this week:
I have lost 6.5 pounds. I usually lose the first five pounds really fast, then it's an uphill struggle from there, so this is normal for me to lose so much so quickly starting out. It'll probably slow down next week. After taking my measurements, I have lost an inch everywhere except my biceps, which have stayed the same. My BMI is out of the over 30 range, so I've reached my first milestone. The next one will be getting it down to 25, which is healthy. My desired BMI will be around 22 or 23, I can't rememeber exactly.
So, very good results! I'm happy, I feel healthy, and I'm gonna keep with it. Yay...
